Job Title: Executive I (Instrument) - Plant Engineering, Pharma Formulations Plant Maintenance – Pharma Formulations Basic & Minimum Qualification Diploma in Instrument OR ITI in Instrument from a reputed Institute Experience: 5 to 8 years of working experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulations plant. Location: Ankleshwar Site . Job Description and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Carrying out preventive maintenance of all process control instruments for equipment. Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received for Packaging machines & formulation equipment’s. Carrying out calibration of all critical instruments of Pharmaceuticals / Quality Operation with required documentation in SAP module thereof as per statutory/quality requirements. Maintaining EPABX/Communication system (PA System)/Smoke detection system/CCTV of the Zentiva site. Assisting in implementing modification/small project. Maintaining tools / tackles properly. Up keeping the working area as per GMP and EHS requirements Compliance to management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOP’s, maintenance records. Supervising and ensuring execution of job work assigned to contractors as per Company’s requirements Assist Instrument engineer/Assistant Manager. Ensuring adherence to required Compliance, Quality & HSE systems in the area under scope and control.  Carrying out activities with full compliance to training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines. Doing maintenance as per the SOPs. Using appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions / behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situation with respect to Environment, Health, Safety. Correcting the situation / action with the permission and guidance of Superior or Head of the Department. Participating wholeheartedly in the Company’s initiative for multi-skilling / job rotation etc. In future if there is a change in the reporting relationship, the reporting will be changed as per organization requirement. In the case of inter department or inter location transfer, job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed. The above-mentioned Specific and General list of responsibility is illustrative and not exhaustive. In the case of any doubts or interpretation the HOD shall decide on the issue. Involves working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on the industry and operational needs.     Technical Skills & Competencies / Language Knowledge of Instruments Control valves and powder transfer system Temperature controllers and pneumatics PLC/IPCs/HMI communication protocols. Printers and communication systems Weighing balances and check weighers Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Support Electrical/Mechanical related activity in case of organization requirement. Knowledge of calibration techniques. Awareness of cGMP / EHS requirements Communication skills (Verbal and Written) Documentation Documentation. Adherence to HSE requirements in fulfilling the customer’s requirements, Living Group’s Values, and Code of Ethics.
