Job Title: Executive (HVAC) - Plant Engineering, Pharma Formulations Plant Maintenance – Pharma Formulations Basic & Minimum Qualification ITI fitter / ITI refrigeration & Air conditioning/Diploma in mechanical from a reputed Institute Experience: 4 to 5 years of working experience in HVAC area of Pharmaceutical Formulations plant. Location: Ankleshwar Site . Job Description and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for operation, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of AHU, Dehumidifier, FCU, Dust collector, Oil ring vacuum pump, Water ring vacuum pump and Wet scrubber and maintain the technical area equipment downtime less than 2% of total available machine hours. Handling BMS system Responsible to maintain and control RH, Temperature and Differential pressure in manufacturing and packing area within a required limit. Responsible for recording daily monitoring of AHU condition and Differential pressure across the filters. Corrective maintenance to eliminate reoccurring failures in technical area equipment. Follow the annual scheduled planned maintenance of technical area equipment and achieve the target of 95% completion against scheduled Equipment. Inspection & Installation of new equipment, Facilities building, Modifications, Upgradation and Automation of Plant and plant Equipment. Maintenance of plant facilities like HVACs with stringent temperature and relative humidity requirements. Monitor Energy utilization on daily basis w.r.t. production activity for the day Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations. Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.  Involves working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on the industry and operational needs.    Technical Skills & Competencies / Language Knowledge of HVAC Maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC Preventive Maintenance. Planning ability Awareness of cGMP / EHS requirements Communication skills (Verbal and Written) Documentation. Documentation. Adherence to HSE requirements in fulfilling the customer’s requirements, Living Group’s Values, and Code of Ethics.
