Are you looking for a flexible opportunity to develop your skills in tax within an international environment? Whether you’re a student, a recent graduate, a parent on maternity leave, or simply someone who seek a part-time job, we have a role for you! We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our   HQ Tax team   and to work closely with Indirect Tax Manager. This is a part-time role for   2-2,5 days per week, fixed term of 6 months . What you’ll do Prepare and validate data for VAT returns, Intrastat, and other VAT-related reports Support timely processing of VAT payments and refunds Conduct VAT account reconciliations and work with transactional data Assist during indirect tax audits and collaboration with tax authorities and external advisors Take part in automation and digitalization projects (e-reporting, e-invoicing, SAF-T) Work closely with AP/AR and Customer Service teams to resolve invoicing errors impacting VAT What we’re looking for A candidate with interest in tax/VAT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an advantage A reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player Fluent English (any additional language is a strong plus) What we offer Unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of VAT within an international company Paid internship on a part-time basis (2 days per week) Time flexibility to easily combine work with your studies Fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months
