About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Hospital and Specialty Manager to join our team in the Nordics. In this role, you will drive hospital tender processes, optimize portfolio performance, and strengthen our market position through strategic business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and submit hospital tenders across the Nordics. Ensure all supporting materials for tenders are available (e.g., sustainability data, API data, diverse ingredient data). Collaborate with supply teams and pricing specialists for tender business. Analyze territory performance and identify trends and opportunities using data sources. Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, nurses, and other key stakeholders. Provide input on competitive intelligence and market trends. Drive portfolio optimization and business development within the business area. Ensure compliance with laws, codes of conduct, and Zentiva’s values and frameworks. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research, hospital pharmacy, or related areas. Strong scientific and clinical knowledge to provide approved therapeutic information. Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken). Swedish knowledge would be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with hands-on approach. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to build trusted customer relationships and work independently. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
