The successful candidate will manage end-to-end case processing, including intake, follow-up, and reporting to authorities and business partners, working primarily with English-language case reports. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the reporting mailbox Perform case intake, personal data redaction, duplicity checks, and data entry Conduct peer-to-peer quality checks Prepare and send follow-up requests in English Perform MedDRA coding, listedness assessment, and causality evaluation Handle EudraVigilance triage and case import Report cases to regulatory authorities and business partners Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations Maintain accurate documentation of all activities Support other case management activities in line with GVP Module VI Qualifications, required skills and experience: University/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry, Natural Sciences, or Pharmacy Fluent English (advanced level), written and spoken Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues when needed Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint What is in it for you: An opportunity to work for a successful international pharmaceutical company.
