As our #Agile #Enablement Practice Lead, you’ll champion agile ways of working as the foundation for effective IT delivery and measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for someone who brings: - 8–10+ years in agile environments, including 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles. Proven experience coaching leaders and teams, and leading agile practitioners across multiple teams. - Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and modern delivery practices, with the ability to tailor for context. - Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills in complex, matrixed environments. - A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and unlocking team productivity.
