As our Deal #Desk #Lead, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our revenue #operations by managing deals and developing standardized processes that balance speed with control. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and #Legal teams to ensure our products reach customers and fuel #Eve Legal’s rapid growth. As a close partner to our Sales team, you’ll design systems that dramatically accelerate our deal making processes. You'll have the opportunity to build AI-powered, scalable processes from the ground up and directly impact our most strategic customer relationships. __ Responsibilities Own Eve Legal’s deal-making execution processes, ensuring all commercial workflows can seamlessly navigate internal processes Lead commercial projects that ensure our sales processes provide an exceptional experience for customers to scale with Eve Legal, while staying compliant with finance Build AI-native tooling with internal teams to meaningfully scale our commercial processes Optimize operational workflows that reduce friction in the sales cycle and accelerate time to close for financials Act as the bridge between Sales and Finance, maintaining contract and compliance management systems and ensuring agreement terms align with company standards Maintain visibility on high-priority deals, providing appropriate escalation paths when commercial terms require executive input Collaborate with Legal teams to validate that agreements reflect the correct commercial intent and approvals Track and analyze deal patterns to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements to our sales operations __ What You'll Bring 10+ years of total work experience, with 4+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, commercial operations, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth technology environment Track record of taking messy, undefined processes and turning them into repeatable, scalable systems Strong desire and experience building automated workflows to scale operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across departments Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple critical initiatives Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms Collaborative mindset and enjoy solving problems through cross-functional partnership __ Preferred Qualifications Experience at a high growth SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML company Experience with deal operations at companies with subscription and/or consumption-based business models Knowledge of enterprise software contract terms and industry-standard commercial practices Understanding of AI business models and the unique commercial considerations __ Benefits Competitive Salary & Equity 401(k) Program & company match Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Commuter Benefits Autonomous Work Environment In-Office/Home Office Setup Reimbursement Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays Quarterly Team Gatherings In office Perks
