The #recruitment team is #Theodo's most innovative and lean team. Internally, this team is called the "Growth Team" because we believe that Theodo's growth depends on its ability to recruit the best tech and business talent on the market. Theodo is the first company in the Theodo ecosystem, which brings together 10 other companies. By 2025, this represents 200 recruitments at the Theodo Group level, a team of 15 recruiters and the ambition to grow from 700 to 1500 people over the next 3 years. As a #Recruiter at Theodo, you are responsible for the success of the group's recruitment, from identifying talent to their successful integration. __ Your tasks: Your main mission: to support Theodo's growth (+15% per year) by attracting, selecting and convincing the best talent, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices. __ 1) Build and nurture your talent pool - Identify and utilize the most relevant channels (headhunting, referrals, applications, events, etc.) - Develop and maintain a community of potential candidates (nurturing, coaching, etc.) 2) Recruit 24 new talents per year - Advise and challenge managers in their recruitment decisions. - Qualify and coach candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Promote Theodo's value proposition and convince candidates to join us. 3) Continuously improve our recruitment tools, methods and practices to advance the team - Analyze and optimize the acquisition funnel to enhance the efficiency and quality of recruitment. - Contribute to making Theodo more attractive to candidates (optimizing WTTJ pages, participating in the organization of the Petit Poucet competition, promoting our company culture during school events). - Initiate and lead cross-functional projects to improve our processes. __ 👉 In summary, your role is not limited to recruitment: you directly participate in Theodo's growth, you improve our practices, and you become a key ambassador of our culture to candidates. __ Progression path: There are many career opportunities and we also want to build your career plan together. - To take on managerial responsibilities in order to support the junior profiles of the team - Progress towards a Lead Recruiter role and then Head of TA for a group entity in order to manage their own recruitment system __ To succeed, you will be supported in developing: - Your expertise in sourcing and recruitment : mastery of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, job boards, AI...) and improvement of interview techniques. - Your communication skills : learning to convince diverse profiles and to effectively promote the employer brand. - Your advisory skills : knowing how to challenge and guide managers in their recruitment decisions and coaching candidates throughout their process. - Your analysis and critical thinking : learn to measure the effectiveness of the tunnel, track KPIs and propose concrete improvements. - Your cross-functional impact : leading projects on strategic themes
