As a BIM #Project #Manager , you will lead BIM projects from A to Z, ensuring #compliance with contractual requirements, BIM standards, and project objectives while managing multidisciplinary teams. __ Your Tasks Project planning: Defining the BIM scope, resources, and workflows based on contract requirements. BIM management: Drawing up a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), monitoring schedules, budgets and quality control. Management: Managing BIM leads within various disciplines (structure, architecture, techniques, methods, coordination). Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary BIM point of contact for internal teams, clients, partners, and subcontractors. Information Management: Maintaining BIM data workflows, model validation and quality assurance in accordance with ISO 19650. Technology & Innovation: Use of IFC export, model coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri) and CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud). Reporting & Compliance: Prepare BIM progress reports and ensure alignment with project management objectives. __ Your Profile Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Experience: At least 5 years as a BIM Manager, preferably on large-scale projects. Software knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, ArchiCAD. Standards & coordination: Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, IFC, IDM, IFD, COBie, BCF. Additional skills: Experience with 4D/5D BIM, Grasshopper/Dynamo and programming is a plus. Leadership & Organization: Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and drive team performance. Languages: Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus. __ What do we offer?
