You will provide acomprehensive search experience to the business and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. You own the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles and ensure the health of the pipeline.Engage & Influence:You will utilize your experience to engage and hire top talent and leverage data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy. You will emphasize the value of building inclusive and diverse teams.Evaluate:You will interview candidates and evaluate their technical skill set and match it to the right role within Netflix. You will also use conversations to understand candidates’ motivations, interests, and alignment with our company values and culture.Partner:You will work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You will coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets. You use research, business, and market knowledge to support effective and inclusive decision-making.Prioritize:You will own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You tend to actively listen, and consider different points of view.Sourcing Experience:You are experienced in sourcing/research of a broad range of profiles, and have experience recruiting technical/engineering profiles.You have successfully implemented candidate engagement strategies to attract talent for both broad and specialized roles.
