In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, our slate of films, series and unscripted shows continues to grow, reflecting the creativity and diversity of this region.We are looking for aCommunications Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH)to join our Berlin-based team, reporting to the Director of Communications, DACH.As part of our Communications team, you’ll help enhance Netflix’s reputation and communicate our impact in all three countries. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners across Content, Global Affairs, Publicity and Marketing to craft narratives that highlight our broader contribution - from the creative economy to innovation, from local stories to global hits.This is a chance to connect the dots between creativity, innovation and local impact, helping media and key opinion formers understand how Netflix shapes and contributes to the entertainment landscape in the DACH region.To succeed in this role, you will need:12+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within entertainment, media, or the consumer goods landscapeA good understanding of how fandom and cultural trends and excitement shape corporate reputationA strong network across German-speaking traditional and new media, and among key opinion leadersProven success in developing and executing impactful communications campaignsExcellent communication and writing skills in both German and EnglishGood judgment, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindsetThe ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and to both give and receive constructive feedbackA proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to work independently while being an effective team player.And yes, a good sense of humour always helpsCulture is very important at Netflix, read more about it herehttps://jobs.netflix.com/culture.Inclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
