We’re looking for a Sales Partner based in Singapore to shape and execute our APAC sales strategy, with a focus on Chinese export advertisers and agency partners.Key Responsibilities:Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC with a focus on China export businessClient and Agency Development: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key agencies, resellers, and advertisers to secure partnerships and drive revenueCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectationsMarket Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, to identify growth opportunities and inform product/packaging innovationMinimum Requirements:7+ years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growthExperience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies, especially on brand marketing, are highly desirableExperience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic a plus.Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the chinese export marketExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsStrong written and spoken Mandarin language skills for business communication; and proficiency in English required for cross-functional collaboration in regional and global setupAdditional Skills:Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionallyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high standardsInclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
