We’re seeking someone to support product development and executions for the Consumer Products team. Some travel is required within this role and open to the role being based outside of the UK in other European Netflix Offices.Role and Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of Netflix properties in how they turn up across all softlines and softline adjacent partnersOwnership of 3rd Party approval processes for these partnersAn eye for detail and discernment; able to recognize incorrect use of Netflix IP on concepts as per the style guide guidelines, required legal attribution on branding and packaging solutionsTime management skills in order to uphold contractual deadlines for approvals at all stages of developmentSupport to partners with on-boarding to online PD tool and providing directions on asset usageCreative Lead for the POD creative within EMEADevelopment for the EMEA design team which includes; Presentation creation, Trend research and pitches.Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mock ups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products from Infant to Adult.Able to manage DTR relationships, ensuring consistent creative alignment, timely approvals, and strong collaboration between retail partners and internal teams.Sample management: maintaining an organized sample archive, and ensuring samples are available for presentations, reviews, and showcases.Qualifications:10+ years of experience within consumer products or retail-related industries.Knowledge of design for consumer productsKnowledge of the licensing landscape with strong contacts and network across key markets within the EMEA licensing & retail landscapeKnowledge of retail and industry trendsHigh level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlinesEnglish with an additional European language is preferred.Inclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
