The successful candidate will be a thought leader who’s highly adaptable, proactive, and resourceful in leading a diverse team in delivering a stunning Workplace experience for our employees and visitors in a fast-paced environment.We're seeking a visionary Workplace leader to spearhead our Eyeline Korea Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.As a strategic partner and leader in the Global Workplace team, you'll drive operational efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional Workplace experiences that support growth and innovation for our stunning colleagues and Netflix partners.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction on workplace services, including planning, operations, and Environmental Health & SafetyLead office expansion, relocation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless executionFoster strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and partners to achieve operational excellenceDrive process improvement, cost optimization, and risk managementOversee budget planning and financial managementCollaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional Workplace experiences, driving business outcomesMaintain compliance documents, participate in EH&S and ERT, and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POCThe Ideal Candidate:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Workplace teamsExtensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and SafetyStrong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workersExcellent communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomesPassionate about delivering exceptional Workplace experiences and driving innovationPrior experience in the tech or entertainment industry is a plusNetflix offers a unique culture that values freedom and responsibility.  You can learn more via the Netflixculture memoandjobs site.Inclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
