This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly across regions.About The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Producer LATAM to lead the creative production function supporting Brand Partnerships, Distribution Partnerships (Partner Marketing), and Ads B2B Marketing across Latin America, based in Mexico. This person will:Act as an “executive producer” for the creative output of our partnership and advertiser-facing programs, overseeing end-to-end production for high-impact initiatives across the three business areas.Lead and develop a small team of producers and/or external production resources, setting standards, ways-of-working, and best practices for the region.Own the production of Netflix’s major partnerships with global and regional brands, distribution partners, and top creative/media/partnership agencies, across a variety of product categories in support of Netflix’s content releases, platform, and ad-supported offerings.Help shape and scale our integrated marketing and sponsorship offerings for partners and advertisers, ensuring they are premium, efficient, and additive to the member experience.Outstanding candidates will bring a clear and compelling point of view on how to produce great creative, how to operationalize it at scale in LATAM, and how/why Netflix is uniquely positioned to offer something new and better to enhance the entertainment experience for both brands and members alike. This role presents a significant opportunity to be at the forefront of how Netflix partners with brands, distributors, and advertisers in the region, contributing to both brand love and new revenue streams for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop producers and production resources (internal and external), fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Define priorities, staffing models, and workload allocation across Brand Partnerships, Distribution Partnerships, and Ads B2B Marketing projects.Set and maintain production standards, best practices, and ways-of-working for Marketing Partnerships Creative across LATAM.Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex production challenges, negotiations, and decisions around quality, risk, and feasibility.End-to-End Creative ProductionOwn the lifecycle and execution of large-scale projects and partnership programs – from scoping and planning through delivery and post-mortem – including:establishing efficient workflowsagency and production partner engagementtimeline and budget managementcross-functional coordinationclearances and approvalsOversee the production of campaigns and activations that support:Brand Partnerships: title and platform collaborations, sponsorships, brand integrationsDistribution Partnerships (Partner Marketing): campaigns with telcos, ISPs, pay TV, retail, and other commercial partnersAds B2B Marketing: creative and experiences aimed at advertisers, agencies, and the broader advertising ecosystemManage bespoke AV productions/shoots (when needed), ensuring output is on-brief, on-brand, and aligned with Netflix’s creative and production standards.Ensure that creative ideas are operationally sound and scalable across multiple markets in LATAM, balancing local nuance with regional consistency.Cross-Functional & Partner CollaborationAct as a key liaison and day-to-day senior contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on the creative output of partnership programs (Brand Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Ads B2B, Title Marketing, Legal, PR, Media, etc.).Build and manage an agency and production partner roster, including service agreements, onboarding, scopes of work, and performance evaluation.Partner closely with external brands, distribution partners, and their agencies to align on objectives, define deliverables, and ensure that programs deliver value for both partners and Netflix.Collaborate with localization and regional marketing teams to prepare, adapt, and traffic assets and toolkits to local markets as needed.Operations, Budget & Regional ScaleForecast and manage production budgets, including negotiating estimates/bids and overseeing invoicing and financial tracking.Develop execution plans and ways-of-working that can scale across regions, creating efficiency without sacrificing creative quality.Help implement and optimize current work processes, and develop new methods to further streamline workflows in Mexico and across LATAM.Manage tasks, milestones, and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions, with clear ownership and accountability.Anticipate and plan for contract and agency support, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to support peaks in demand and complex initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 15+ years of experience in Advertising Production / Creative Services, with significant experience leading complex, integrated campaigns for major brands and/or advertisers.Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing individuals and/or teams, and pride in helping others and the group succeed.Deep experience and understanding of bespoke campaign development – working on fast-paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media/experiential activations.Experience within a film, TV, or streaming studio environment, including working with content and marketing teams;
