Our Executive Assistants are highly impactful and stunning in their craft. They ensure the success of our leaders with their operational and administrative wizardry and proactively future-proof solutions by anticipating needs. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the content we create and enthusiastic about the impact they can make by contributing meaningfully to support the success of these teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Proactive management of calendars for the leader and their team, including scheduling internal and external meetingsBooking necessary domestic and international travel, often multi-destination trips, while optimizing for efficiency and productivity for the executive and businessBook, manage, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and off-sitesLeveraging proficiency in Google Suite tools for presentations and memosAccurately capture and document meeting minutes and decisions made in meetingsProcessing extensive expense reports in a timely mannerQualifications:7+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity supporting senior leaders, ideally in similar industries of media, tech, consultingProficiency in Google: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Groups is a mustExperience supporting domestic and international travel and reconciling expensesExperience supporting senior leaders with a global team and cross-functional stakeholders is a plusResponsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zonesIndependent worker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and switch easily between tasksDisplays professionalism in communication with internal and external partnersAbility to be discreet and maintain confidential informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment and ability to make decisions quicklyStrong attention to detail at all timesTeam player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingAble to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlinesTech-savvy with an ability to lean into new technology and tools is a huge plusOur compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $200,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
