Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.We are looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end sourcing projects to join our Supplier Management Operations team.You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing projects across various indirect categories, including Marketing and Facilities. This position will reside in our Los Angeles or Los Gatos office and will report to the global leader of Supplier Management Operations.Responsibilities:Lead and support sourcing projects from initiation to completion across various indirect categories such as Marketing and Facilities, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectivesOversee all aspects of the RFx process, including requirements gathering, bid execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiation of commercial termsTrack project timelines and deliverables, providing updates and comprehensive reporting to leadership and stakeholdersSupport the execution of strategic sourcing initiatives and programs as defined by leadershipAnalyze market trends and supplier spend data to identify opportunities for value creation and operational efficiencyProvide hands-on training and guidance to internal team members, enabling them to co-lead sourcing projects and enhance their sourcing capabilitiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Risk, Security and others) to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the execution of sourcing projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize sourcing operationsQualities We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Supplier Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain managementWorking knowledge and understanding of supplier management, governance and vendor management processesProven track record of managing end-to-end sourcing projects and leading commercial negotiationsExperience supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to support sourcing decisionsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to strict timelinesAbility to thrive independently and collaboratively within a high-paced, team-oriented environmentGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
