You will create experiences that feel accessible, exciting, and worth coming back to through defining the right feature sets, systems, and live service rhythms to meet both the functional and emotional needs of mainstream players.The preferred location for this role is Los Angeles, though remote work will be considered, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone who are able to travel. Travel is required for quarterly in-person onsites held at our Los Angeles or Los Gatos offices.ResponsibilitiesPartner with game development teams to ensure execution of the performance strategyfor a portion of our mainstream portfolio, driving towards improvements on acquisition, retention, engagement, and repeat play.Partner with game developers to design and optimizeplayer onboarding,seasonal updates, content refreshes etcthat are scalable and repeatable.Leverageplayer behavior, telemetry, and observational researchto improve game performance, while considering how different genre audiences engage with your titles.Define and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs)related to our gamesCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams (including production, design, marketing, product, finance, data science, and engineering)Guide game teams through the transition from launch to live service, ensuring aseamless post-launch planwith clear rhythms.Championexperimentation, learning, and iteration — from UI tweaks to new gameplay modules — always with our core player and their joy at the center.Help ensure our games aremust-play gamesto a diverse global audience.Requirements7+ years of experience inproduct managementfor games or highly related roleExperience inlive service games with massive communitiesis strongly preferredDeep understanding oflive game systemsincluding content updates, events, progression, and repeat play hooksStrong data fluency with a track record of usinginsights to drive product decisionsAbility tothink strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term roadmap with day-to-day operationsExcellentcollaboration and communicationskills; comfortable influencing across teams and disciplinesAdaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving organizationOur compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $300,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
