Come join us!Job Summary:The HR Coordinator's role is twofold: balancing the administrative needs of the head of HR and supporting the delivery of our HR People Programs. They ensure our programs and other offerings run smoothly and meet the needs of our business. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly role.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Head of HR through proactively managing Google calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and materials, and taking notes when neededCoordinate and maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader HR and Talent operations teams and key stakeholdersSupport in maintaining the HR drive and ensuring relevant content is up-to-dateAssist in monitoring and managing travel arrangements while handling the processing of expenses efficientlyMaintain discretion with highly sensitive and confidential materials and informationCoordinate logistics and invitations for training sessions, off-sites, and special events as neededCreate presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials, as neededQualifications:You have experience managing multiple calendars with discretionYou are passionate about people-related programs and understand the importance and impact of HR, with some experience supporting HR programs, even if you’ve never done it as your primary jobYou are open to and respectful of cultural differences and are an effective collaborator and team player with an empathetic communication style that fosters inclusion, connection, and confidenceYou are there to listen, to support, and to ensure the train stays on track because you have a strong ability to plan proactively and react quickly when issues ariseYou take pride in excellence and are skilled in managing complicated calendars, keeping track of multiple events, creating interactive decks, and keeping detailed notes, records, and agendasYou are adept at analyzing data and have a solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft ExcelYou excel at managing your time and can easily budget out time for a project because you can juggle many projects simultaneously, but you also know when to say noRequirements:Ability to work confidently with all levels of entertainment industry professionals, from A-list Animation Directors and Talent to award-winning heads of departments to entry-level production assistantsExposure to production and the working conditions, and experiences within a production environment (desired)General awareness or experience with facilitating trainingA collaborative style with the ability to think creatively about solutionsPassion for the business of creating high quality feature animation; driven to accomplish and meet objectivesA minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, Talent, or a related field, preferably in entertainment, animation, or creative industriesHigh attention to detail and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionBasic awareness of labor laws and union guidelines a plusThis role is based in the US.At Netflix Animation Studios, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $38.46 - 50.48 per hour.NAS benefits can include medical/dental/vision plans, mental health support, retirement programs, family-forming benefits, paid leave of absence programs, and paid time away programs to be used for vacation and sick paid time off.
