We’re looking for aManager, Marketing Production - Japanto join a stunning team that drives operational and executional innovation, production, and delivery of best-in-class entertainment campaigns for our Japan titles.The Role*This role will be an Individual Contributor role. Please note that another role is open with the same title,  which is a People Management role.As the Manager, Marketing Production, you will oversee the end-to-end production process for market-specific campaign initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels, while actively working on these campaigns. This means that you thrive in an environment that requires you to be operationally agile, bridge creative and technical needs. We’re looking for someone with deep knowledge and extensive experience in the marketing production landscape, with the ability to lead both creatively and operationally. This role is based in Tokyo.Responsibilities:Optimize workflows and manage key campaign elements, including budget and timing.Acting as a creative and strategic thought partner for Marketing Managers throughout campaign development and owning the campaign execution of title and brand campaigns.End-to-end production management for the entire asset suite (including asset planning, production, management, and final delivery).Driving localization of global creative materials to deploy marketing experiences and extensions with high regional relevance.Project management and ownership of selected campaign elements, including budget and time management.Managing agency and vendor relationships in the region by defining and tracking the scope of work, budgets, and timelines.Managing internal (Content, Product, Partnerships, etc.) and external (Talent, Filmmakers, Showrunners, etc.) stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.Ensuring that all assets are delivered in line with our brand guidelines and effectively communicating these standards to all external vendors.Managing and optimizing internal workflows and processes to ensure efficient operations.Requirements:At least  7+ years of experience, preferably within an entertainment or lifestyle brand or at a creative/production agency.A systems thinker who leverages technology to improve team efficiency and output.Analytical in your approach, yet confident in trusting your instincts when making bold decisions.Thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments, with high intellectual curiosity and strong judgment in ambiguity.Agile and goal-oriented, driven by success, and always ready for a challenge.Fluent in both English and Japanese.Have an understanding of our uniquecultureand align with it.Inclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
