The position reports to the Director of Market Planning and Operations and is based in London.Responsibilities will include:Partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization and sales strategy to drive business growth for the EMEA Ads businessProvide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.Run the core rhythm of business for the sales team, across forecasting, quota management, business reviews and market planningDesign and implement consistent ways to manage the sales process.Design and execute the GTM of the EMEA sales team including: product, segmentation, service-level, resourcing and toolingDefine territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, and sales tool development.Explore new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmapBuild and manage a team of individual contributorsWhat we’re looking for:10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields; and/or in Sales Operations teams.Must have experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors.Deep experience with agency and direct sold sales modelsFamiliarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, ad tech and the streaming ecosystemA strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problemsStrong commercial skills and comfort with interpreting large datasetsCandidates must be able to adapt to changing business needs, work independently, and manage a variety of tasksVery strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levelsInclusionis a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
