This role is pivotal in driving the growth of #Nescafé Dolce Gusto's direct-to-consumer (D2C) business by managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Magento2, a strong understanding of SEO, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams. Execute webmastering activities for brand marketing websites, D2C webshops, and mobile applications. Manage promotions, content, and products using Magento2, including product launches, price changes, and shipping cost adjustments. Perform quality assurance activities and end-to-end testing prior to monthly releases. Implement SEO optimizations to enhance website visibility and performance. Handle support and incident requests, coordinating with technical partners and agencies. Configure and validate features on the #NDG Magento2 platform, ensuring market approval before activation. Track and report on key activities and market requests, providing actionable insights to the business.
