Corporate Access is currently seeking a highly-motivated and experienced candidate to join our #Tokyo office as an #Associate / Vice President. __ Drive and own the bespoke access process with key institutional clients. __ Originate and execute various #corporate access events including but not limited to conferences, corporate days, field trips & non-deal roadshows. Maintain close relationships with investors and Japanese corporates to arrange meetings on a timely and efficient basis. __ Understand client needs and anticipate ways to enhance client service experience in close collaboration with #sales teams. __ Work closely with research and #banking as required to build corporate relationships. Handle a high volume of requests supporting external clients as well as communication with internal stakeholders. Participate in day-to-day client activities and broader strategic initiatives.
