About the team The #Product #Marketing team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's #eCommerce products. Responsibilities You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy GTM Leader You enjoy working cross-functionally across Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce new suite of products to the US Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention, and track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product: help sellers with white glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, participate in QA testing Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees)
