We are seeking a hands-on, experienced #Quality #Engineer to join our team in a dynamic tooling shop specializing in the design and #manufacturing of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) dies for the aluminum industry. __ This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality #management system (QMS), driving quality assurance activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor. __ Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). __ Define quality processes and procedures across all stages of die design, machining, assembly, and final inspection. __ Collaborate with design, machining, and project teams to ensure build quality, adherence to specs, and functional performance
