Perform a wide variety of inspections in Carshell #welding and BG #manufacturing areas. __ Conduct routine visual inspections (CWI), dimensional checks, and #mechanical evaluations on welded and machined components and assemblies following established guidelines. __ Utilize one or more non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques to verify the quality and acceptability of welded and machined parts. __ Ensure all work complies with the correct configuration revision and meets applicable drawings, specifications, and standards. __ Perform first article inspections on parts, assemblies, equipment, and tooling; prepare summary reports and diagnostics as needed. __ Enter, maintain, and extract data from #Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, noncompliance tracking tools, and configuration management systems.
