Ensure and improve the supplier #quality in the assigned area. Focus primarily on 3rd party sources including but not limited to Transformers, E-Houses, and other products. Implement SQE requirements regarding preventive actions, #technical specifications, and qualification of suppliers. Act as SQE contact in cross functional teams. Locally support the global SQE/M community. __ Measure and report #Supplier incident rate (SIR), supplier failure rate (SFR), supplier caused NCCs, claim rate and develop and execute plans to improve these KPIs. Qualifies and approves suppliers, in cooperation with purchasing. __ Coordinates #product/service qualifications and approvals based on specific requirements/specification (Ready to order). Creates, negotiates, and monitor quality assurance agreements implementation in the supplier processes
