As a #Technical #Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key player in building the teams in the E-commerce organization. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in a competitive market. More than just finding candidates, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring every potential hire has a high-quality and welcoming experience from the very first contact. Responsibilities: Partner with #hiring managers and recruiters across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to deeply understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent needs to ensure sourcing efforts are targeted and effective. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche technical communities. Continuously refine and improve our sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel. Support and lead various talent acquisition projects, including organizing virtual hiring events, building market intelligence reports, and developing diversity-focused sourcing initiatives
