As Senior #Accounting Coordinator, you will work on site at the Jefferson factory to develop and maintain overall management of inventory control and material accounting systems while ensuring compliance with #Nestlé company policies and standards as well as external regulations. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and perform analysis of variance results and losses of inventory. Complete inventory compliance activities including cycle counts, assessment of critical ingredients, and verification of timely and accurate consumptions Perform inventory variance investigations and resolutions Apply understanding of production processes and materials to capture utilization and waste data Maintain production data integrity to ensure material master #data accuracy and support traceability requirements Manage materials accounting budget requirements and monthly closure and reporting activities Coordinate, audit and advise on all physical inventory procedures in each respective area to ensure accurate and timely completion per the division standard Utilize Microsoft Office products and enterprise resource planning software to perform daily accounting functions All other duties assigned
