Job Description We’re looking for a #Backend Developer who loves building scalable, secure systems — and is curious about how AI can supercharge product experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and #AI teams to architect backend #systems that power real-world applications using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Strong working knowledge of Node.js, Express, NestJS, or equivalent backend frameworks Deep understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and event-driven architecture 3+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems from scratch Hands-on experience with authentication, validation, and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, etc.) Strong database knowledge — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) Experience with TypeScript, Prisma/Sequelize, Swagger/Postman for API documentation Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines Bonus: experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS) Understanding of RAG architecture, embedding pipelines, and prompt orchestration You care about performance, clean architecture, and production reliability You love collaborating across engineering, design, and product to bring ideas from 0 → 1
