Job Description #Product discovery – run JTBD interviews, synthesize insights, translate into Figma flows. Interaction & visual #design – craft wireframes to polished UI; obsess over micro-copy and motion. Design system stewardship – maintain tokens, docs, and automate hand-off to React/Tailwind. Prototyping & testing – build interactive prototypes, run usability tests, iterate with #engineers. Cross-functional glue – partner with PMs, engineers, LX leads, and community to ship value fast. Quality bar – own details (empty states, edge cases, dark mode) for pixel-perfect mobile + desktop.
