Job Description 1. #Event #management and execution Lead the planning, organization, and execution of in-person events across 6+ major Indian cities. #Develop and implement strategies to ensure events are memorable, impactful, and community-first. 2. Vendor management Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors to deliver high-quality experiences within budget and timelines. 3. Budget management Plan and allocate event budgets meticulously to maximize impact. Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance. 4. Create & scale offline assets Create new event IPs and scale them across cities. Build strategies that make GrowthX events the go-to weekend plan for our members. 5. Documentation Provide updates and insights to the founders & team on event strategies, execution, and outcomes. Maintain documentation on processes and playbooks. Use tools such as HubSpot and Mailerlite for reporting and data management.
