Identify, #design, and develop foundational backend #services that power Together’s #cloud platform __ #Analyze and improve the robustness and scalability of existing distributed #systems, APIs, databases, and infrastructure __ Partner with product teams to understand functional requirements and deliver solutions that meet #business needs __ Write clear, well-tested, and maintainable #software and IaC for both new and existing systems __ Conduct design and #code reviews, create developer documentation, and develop testing strategies for robustness and fault tolerance __ Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents when necessary __ Design and implement observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and alerting. __ Develop scalable systems and services that support real-time monitoring and analytics. __ Build and maintain instrumentation libraries, SDKs, and tooling to improve system visibility. __ Partner with infrastructure, platform, and application #teams to define SLIs/SLOs and reliability standards. __ Optimize ingestion, storage, and querying of large volumes of telemetry data. __ Improve reliability and performance of monitoring pipelines and dashboards. __ Drive incident #analysis through better tooling, root-cause detection, and automated diagnostics. __ Evaluate and integrate observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or Datadog. __ Automate processes for alerting, anomaly detection, and performance insights. __ Mentor junior #engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
