TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help our external clients and partners to thrive on this journey. As a #Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, #manage and #grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices). Be an expert on #TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from technical lens. Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges. Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end integrations in collaboration with Ads product #engineering teams. Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
