Responsibilities We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our #Monetization #Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Plan #revenue targets for international #advertising #businesses, and calculate detailed financial indicators such as revenue and cost for overall projects and related ROI. Create strong understanding of the market size, major competitors, and advertising strategies on the different monetization products, such as shop ads, search ads, creative and so on. Assist the business team in conducting internal operational analysis, identifying problem areas, and coordinating with relevant departments to build solutions.
