Responsibilities About the team The Global E-Commerce Business #Communications Associate will work closely with the ecommerce business teams and media corporate functional teams. 1. Business Communication Needs Assessment & Liaison Act as the bridge between business teams and the PR function by translating business needs into clear, actionable PR requests. Ensure communication efforts are closely aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact for key initiatives. 2. Content Review Serve as the gatekeeper for reviewing all external-facing business communication materials. Identify and flag materials that require additional review from Communication teams to ensure alignment with communication principles. 3. Brand & Content Strategy Support the development of business narratives at both category and platform levels to shape #TikTok Shop’s brand positioning. Maintain the data repository and review process for externally shared business data requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Manage a centralized “Success Stories Hub” to showcase high-quality TikTok Shop success cases for media, partners, and other stakeholders. 4. Process Development, Gap Identification & Training Identify communication review process gaps and #design effective workflows to address them. Develop and deliver training programs to improve team awareness, understanding, and adoption of communication processes and best practices.
