#Customer support in receivables management: You are the first point of #contact for our customers when it comes to payment agreements, questions or clarification cases – always with an open ear and a solution-oriented mindset. __ Debt collection – out-of-court and in-court: You will be responsible for handling our outstanding receivables – from friendly payment requests to #legal dunning procedures. __ Payment claims & payment orders: You actively handle the processing of claims, payment orders, objections and oversee the next steps such as enforcement proceedings with an overview and accuracy. __ Insolvency proceedings & preliminary injunctions: You maintain an overview even in complex proceedings such as insolvency and act competently in dealing with preliminary injunctions. __ Court correspondence & appointments: You handle written #communication with courts, prepare procedures and attend court appointments – confidently and reliably. __ Reporting in receivables management: You create and #analyze regular reports to make the #quality and effectiveness of our processes visible and to continuously improve them.
