We are looking for a NY-based vice president to lead US Rates #electronic #product #management in partnership with sales, trading and engineering. This role requires an entrepreneurial disposition, the ability to #lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and the ability to work collaboratively with numerous #stakeholders across the firm. Candidates must have existing familiarity with the US Rates market structure landscape – trading & markets technologies, market participants and regulatory. __ Drive and articulate product strategy and promote it with #sales, trading and #clients. __ Drive #revenue and market share opportunities across electronic channels – multi-dealer and single-dealer. __ Collaborate with sales, trading and engineering #partners to prioritize, develop and drive adoption for client solutions. __ #Analyze revenue drivers, market share gaps and client behavior to recommend product enhancements. __ Champion initiatives to improve hit ratios, reduce operational inefficiencies, and/or accelerate new product onboarding. __ Gather client feedback, understand market structure changes and identify new electronic opportunities. __ Develop enhanced internal reporting and #automation tools and analytics to inform pricing and risk decisions. __ Deepen client connectivity through market structure engagement: bilateral engagement with key clients and broad-based content distribution.
