Responsibilities About The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable #livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. About the team As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the LIVE #Content #Analyst will be responsible for driving impactful initiatives to the overall UGC Livestream content ecosystem, and implement insights and findings with cross-functional teams on product iteration, engagement campaigns and education effects. Responsibilities Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate its quality Detect and surface looming issues for analyses and discussion with stakeholders Conduct root cause analyses that identify areas of improvement for content quality Generate weekly reports and recommendations on content quality Conduct quality assurance for various project pipelines Maintain an understanding of TikTok LIVE's policies and community guidelines and identify opportunities to optimize them
