This position supports North & South Asia District #Freight Forwarding #Operations Director in managing SCS operations in countries to achieve both financial and operational goals. __ Assists in improving operations by ensuring #operational processes are standardized and initiative execution are aligned across countries. __ Assists in gateway and operational #support measurements to monitor and improve processes and business results. __ Assists in establishing and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (including business results tracking, productivity, cost management) to ensure improvement of KPI’s. __ Assists in pre-audit preparation and self-assessment to ensure countries work according to standard and comply way. __ Makes recommendations for changes to resolve supply chain or operational issues. __ Assists in the generation and distribution of performance reports to concerned parties to ensure performance awareness and improvement. __ Produces statistical and #analytical reports for management to determine lane activity and growth opportunities. __ Conducts #data analysis to identify issues and action plans for continuous improvement. __ Evaluates IAF cost and sell rate input by country. Routing and mark up details to drive pricing competitiveness initiatives and margin improvement activities. __ Gathers and conducts #research on market intelligence. __ Works closely with countries on identifying root causes of recurring issues and develops solutions to improve freight forwarding operations. __ Prepares weekly and monthly report and #forecasts for district #management and operations.
