Responsibilities: #Support Retail Floor Lead in all aspects of store #operations, including acting as a shift leader and #providing clear guidance to Retail Floor Team Members.  Foster a positive environment of teamwork, respect, and high morale. Support and models WFM (Whole Foods Market) vision and goals.  Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and coach Retail Team Members to maintain a high-performance team and reduce turnover.  Ensuring Retail Floor Team Members complete required training within designated deadlines.  Provide timely feedback to Team Leader and assist with conducting Team Members’ job dialogues on time.  Support Store Leader in efficiently operating the store to achieve all sales, labor, budgeted expense targets and contribution goals.
