Full accountability of the total defended and complex legal portfolios, to oversee and optimally, effectively and efficiently manage the Specialised Legal Defended Portfolio all within the agreed timelines and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (“SLA”) __ #Analysis of the legal correspondence and attorney reports received with the objective to interpret and understand the content. __ #Management of external attorney relationships and influencing #attorney behaviour. __ Performs across product, Home Loans, VAF, Business Lending, Retails Lending, Card Lending, Diners Club and Access Loans.
