By staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating innovative technologies, this team plays a crucial role in supporting #Oracle #Cloud Infrastructure's data needs and driving our growth and success. __ Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: This role will focus on the base building and MEP infrastructure portions of the project as well as high density liquid cooling tenant fit outs Project Oversight: Lead and manage the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. __ Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with colocation providers to ensure timely delivery of milestones. __ Risk Evaluation: analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery, address gaps in risk identification and mitigation and inform the business of associated potential impacts. Tenant Fit Out Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the detailed scope of tenant fit out projects __ Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards. __ Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure that construction activities align with the approved design plans and specifications. __ Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers, facilitating clear and effective communication. #Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Provide ongoing colocation Provider evaluation input for continuous improvement __ Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on a regular basis.
