This role will involve acting as a subject matter expert on #legal and regulatory issues related to #artificial intelligence (AI), including its #procurement, development, #management, and integration into #products and services at the firm. In addition, the role will focus on the use of firm data in AI model training and applications. __ The successful candidate will work as part of a global team of #lawyers responsible for advising the firm on issues pertaining to AI, data protection, data governance, #cybersecurity, cyber incident response, sourcing and privacy. __ Advise the Engineering Division and #business units across the firm on AI regulation and governance. Provide legal support and advise stakeholders on issues relating to the development of AI applications and models. __ Advise on emerging laws and regulations relating to AI, with a focus on AI use cases involving the processing of personal data. Familiarity with the EU AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation is essential. __ Support #attorneys across lines of business with the integration of AI into their products and services, including advising on enterprise and platform risk and appropriate mitigation.
