Develop and perform the preventive #maintenance program for all equipment to reduce shutdown time of #machines. __ Supervise the Maintenance team and #contractors to do maintenance or fix any trouble shooting of facilities, equipment etc. __ Ensure all #engineering documents/drawings, safety critical drawings maintained in good condition and up-to-date. __ Ensure keeping spare parts of #equipment/machine in good conditions and being used correctly and safely. __ Ensure all #operating licenses of measurement devices are in valid and up to date. Work with Local Authorized #Inspectors to carry out the inspection, re-certification of tanks, pipelines and equipment as appropriate. __ Establish operation/startup/shutdown #procedures, checklist, service schedule and maintenance procedures.
