You will identify the needs of our #business customers, develop individual IT/ICT #solutions in close coordination with internal and external partners, and present rough concepts convincingly to customers. You are independently responsible for the entire #sales process – from identifying new business opportunities to successfully concluding and signing customer contracts in the IT/ICT services portfolio (E2E). You develop targeted measures to increase sales, utilize cross-selling and upselling potential, and ensure sustainable results and economically viable pricing of offers. You are responsible for signing #contracts, documenting all sales activities in the CRM system, and ensuring regular, transparent reporting and forecasting. You will continuously acquire relevant expertise on market #trends, new technologies, and the A1 portfolio. You will participate in continuing education programs and actively develop the service portfolio based on your market knowledge.
