Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager at Legal Village, AXA Belgium's brand for Legal Protection insurance products. This position combines a commercial and strategic product vision with technical expertise in risk analysis. The goal of the position is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Legal Village. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the legal protection insurance product range while carrying out in-depth analyses on risks and market segments in order to develop competitive and profitable offers. __ You will work closely with various internal teams as well as our external partners (brokers, federations, clients) to develop business while ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance. __ Your concrete tasks You define and coordinate the development of legal protection insurance products in collaboration with the technical and actuarial teams to ensure their profitability. You also propose modifications to existing products to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations, maintaining a balance between competitiveness, satisfaction and financial viability. __ You regularly monitor the technical results of products, with a focus on the profitability and financial performance of portfolios. You monitor market developments and claims data to recommend price adjustments and changes to coverage conditions. You implement performance indicators to measure the impact of adjustments on profitability and customer satisfaction, and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust products accordingly. __ You ensure that products meet regulatory and legal requirements in terms of #pricing, #provisioning and #solvency, in collaboration with the legal and actuarial teams. You analyze market needs for legal protection insurance products, identifying opportunities and risks associated with different customer segments. You collaborate with the sales teams to respond to broker requests and calls for tender , developing technical proposals that meet customer needs while respecting product guidelines.
