The #DevOps #Engineer is responsible for driving the adoption of DevOps and automation mindset and practices across the organization, ensuring #operational excellence and fostering continuous improvement leveraging modern practices and tooling (including GenAI). This role emphasizes hands-on implementation of cloud #technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD, container orchestration and infrastructure #automation, while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing within engineering communities. __ DevOps leadership: Lead the implementation and governance of DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring alignment with best industry standards and fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders and engineering communities. __ Operational maturity: Evaluate the operational maturity level of teams and define a future vision for DevOps, providing guidance to support the adoption of best practices and operational excellence. __ Governance and strategy: Establish and maintain a DevOps governance framework and lead the definition and implementation of the DevOps strategy, focusing on orchestration, #automation, and operational processes.
