• Collect and consolidate #data from multiple sources, and analyze data for #trends and patterns with attention to compensation, personnel cost, turnover, and headcount. • Prepare HR #reports and ensure the processes, procedures, and reporting are complied with data privacy regulations, internal governance, and in line with best practices. • Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting #efficiencies. • Support core C&B processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus allocations, and personnel cost budgeting and #monitoring. • Assist in coordinating and administering various employee benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and employee engagement. • Assist in the participation of compensation & benefits surveys to maintain the market competitiveness of our Total Reward strategy. • Support various HR projects and initiatives related to reward management as needed.
