The role involves coordinating all phases of the design process, generating creative solutions, managing schedules, and collaborating with consultants and contractors. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, Revit proficiency, and experience in commercial design, preferably in aviation or hospitality. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and contributing to innovative design solutions within a supportive and collaborative environment. __ Coordinate all phases of the design process in full life cycle projects. __ Generate creative design #solutions within the functional parameters of a project. __ Translate concepts and information into images. __ Execute the process of preparing and completing usable construction document detailing solutions. __ Coordinate the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. __ Manage #contract administration responsibilities. __ Assist with creation and #management of project schedules. __ Develop and present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders. __ Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship. __ Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project Manager. __ Execute coordination and integration of #architectural and #consultant documents. __ Seek innovation in design solutions in an ongoing spirit of curiosity and increased project performance. __ Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice. __ Apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines. __ Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and #products. __ Attend and conduct presentations. __ Manage #client relations.
